Plumbing is not GTM.
What these investments usually chase
Power access, land and permits, cooling and fiber, and serving cloud demand from local and global customers who expect AI workloads to keep growing without waiting for someone to flip a breaker.
App founders should care indirectly
Maybe lower latency.
Maybe regional hosting options improve.
